Terms of service
A practical agreement for responsible business use.
Effective 2026-08-17. These terms govern access to CorvoDesk, operated by Omnichannel Inbox.
1. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. If you create or join a workspace for a business, you represent that you have authority to use the service and process that workspace's data.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, platform rules, intellectual-property or privacy rights; send spam or deceptive messages; distribute malware; probe security; bypass limits; resell unauthorized access; or interfere with other customers. You are responsible for the content, permissions, and lawful basis for data placed in your workspace.
3. Connected services
Meta, Stripe, Supabase, hosting providers, and other third-party services have separate terms. Availability may depend on their APIs, approvals, policies, and outages. You must comply with the rules for every connected account and channel.
4. Beta service
During controlled beta, features may change and interruptions may occur. Beta access may be limited, paused, or ended to protect users or complete production validation. We will not intentionally enable a paid subscription without publishing approved prices and checkout terms.
5. Fees and subscriptions
When paid plans open, the order or checkout page will state the price, interval, trial terms, taxes, limits, renewal, and cancellation behavior. Until then, displayed plan limits are provisional and billing enforcement remains disabled.
6. Customer data and feedback
You retain your rights in content submitted to the service and grant us the limited rights needed to host, transmit, secure, and operate it. You are responsible for instructions given by your workspace. Feedback may be used to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for security risk, unlawful or abusive use, nonpayment after billing opens, platform-policy violations, or material breach. You may stop using the service and request account or workspace deletion. Certain terms survive termination where their nature requires it.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted third-party APIs or that every message will be delivered. Neither party is liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss where such limits are lawful. Final jurisdiction-specific warranty, liability, governing-law, and dispute language must be reviewed before a broad commercial launch.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will publish a new effective date. Continued use after an applicable change means acceptance where permitted. Questions can be sent to stonergoldfish84@gmail.com.
